What you'll be doing

  • Actively developing an understanding of the employer branding industry, Pink Squid services and your clients, and what they do to deliver allocated projects alongside project managers successfully
  • Management of your own time and prioritisation of tasks to ensure impact, including taking comprehensive meeting notes, scheduling meetings, developing clear communication skills and full adoption of Pink Squid ways of working & processes
  • Preparing responses to briefs, cost proposals and statements of works with the support of wider Project & Account management teams.
  • Creating and managing project documentation and project plans at initiation and throughout the delivery of a project with the support of wider Project & Account management teams
  • Studio management, including scheduling resources, preparing creative briefs and production forms and working alongside the creative teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Articulating client feedback reports (RAGs) to share with studio teams, working with wider teams to manage amends and change throughout project lifecycles
  • Supplier management, liaising with third-party suppliers to benefit projects and clients, ensuring the Pink Squid quality is maintained throughout

About you

Alongside a great attitude, strong enthusiasm and a willingness to learn, you will also have:

  • A relevant qualification or degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Numeracy skills with a detailed-oriented mindset
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

Relevant experience or an education in project delivery in an advertising and/or marketing environment is not essential, but would be a great bonus.
