When Jaguar Land Rover was formed, two of the world’s most iconic brands joined together to become a powerhouse of automotive excellence. And when they partnered with us to refresh their employer branding, we had the chance to create something equally impressive.

What we did

JLR’s ever-evolving history, vision for growth and commitment to innovation highlights the brand as a company constantly on the move. We delivered an EVP that encapsulated both where the business had come from and where its people would take it next. From the EVP came the employer brand, ‘Excellence In Motion’. The attraction phase has seen campaigns roll out across traditional media, but also new platforms that JLR had previously not considered.

Creating a platform

As part of a total Employer brand makeover, Jaguar Land Rover wished to replace their main careers website. Reflecting the premium nature of Jaguar Land Rover, the new employer brand would provide the creative inspiration.

Delivering the message

The employer brand has been delivered in the form of an experiential event at the Frankfurt Motor Show, Graduate & Undergraduate brochures, Apprenticeship campaigns and in other collateral covering various divisions from Purchasing to Manufacturing.
