As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our expansion plans, crafting killer strategies, building strong connections, and who knows, maybe even picking up the odd award here and there. 

As part of the team, you'll lead new business enquiries, develop outreach strategies targeting key markets like the US and the Middle East, attend industry events, and promote our services. Additionally, you'll monitor sales targets, maintain CRM records, and ensure accurate reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements

With your knack for employer branding and your adventurous streak, you'll be the one who takes us to the next level. You will

• Have a relevant qualification or degree 
• Extensive employer brand/recruitment marketing experience
• A solid understanding of pitch processes and requirements, with significant experience leading pitches independently
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Numeracy skills with a detailed oriented mindset
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment
