We're searching for a highly skilled agile digital designer equipped with a portfolio showcasing expertise in UX/UI design, a keen awareness of the latest industry trends, and a versatile background spanning various sectors. As a passionate professional, you should excel at crafting online experiences, seamlessly fusing creativity and functionality, all while maintaining a holistic perspective on user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualisation: Develop ideas into compelling and user-focused digital designs, showcasing a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies. Continuously challenge the limits of what can be achieved through traditional channels and platforms.
  • Wireframing: Create comprehensive wireframes that serve as the blueprint for intuitive user interfaces, ensuring a seamless user journey.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Demonstrate agility by swiftly translating wireframes into interactive prototypes, allowing for quick iteration and refinement of design concepts.
  • User Experience (UX) Research: Utilise your understanding of UX principles to conduct research and analyse data. This will form constructive insights and recommendations to enhance our clients online experience.
  • Independent Thinking: Bring a proactive and independent mindset to the table, taking ownership of projects and driving design excellence through your creative insights and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work as part of the wider team, bridging the gap between raw creative, data and strategy.
  • Presentations: Demonstrating strong presentation skills, coupled with the ability to understand and articulate our digital strategies to clients and internal stakeholders, encompassing websites and online platform solutions.

Qualifications/Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an agency environment.
  • Highly skilled in digital design with expertise spanning websites, online platforms and digital advertising
  • Confident in navigating and utilising popular CMS platforms and online website builders such as WordPress, Webflow and Mailchimp.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and other relevant web technologies
  • Proficient in XD/Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience in participating in pitches to win exciting projects.
